Broke in beautifully

The first two wears were rough - blisters on my heels. But after breaking them in these are the most comfortable flats I own. The leather molds to your foot perfectly. Just power through the initial stiffness!

Don't buy shoes from them…

I have received my shoes I ordered and they are not to standard size also very cheaply made. Would not recommend buying shoes. The returns policy is terrible, u have to pay to return to China. Then they have a restocking fee. You would get nothing back. Very sneaky.

Perfect mules for the office

Slip on, look professional, walk comfortably all day. What more do you need? The pointed toe elongates my legs and the block heel is stable. The nude color goes with everything in my work wardrobe.

Platform sandals YES

These chunky platform sandals add like 3 inches of height without the pain of heels. The platform is stable so I don't wobble. The straps are adjustable which is key for my wide feet. Summer essential.

Shoes - not as described.

Shoes. Not "Orthotic" as the inner sole doesn't remove to insert your own orthotics.Returns HA!! Despite leaving a one star review AND being advised "we'd like to help so use XYD in the subject heading" I STILL only received their standard AUTO reply when emailed for the seventh time.Wondering WHEN their "5 star" Customer service will ever occur to enable a return? Anyone can write syrupy replies. Real action and specific attention is another matter.

Nice color, weird length

The olive green color is exactly what I was looking for but the inseam is awkward - too long for cropped, too short for full length. I'm 5'5 for reference. Had to cuff them which actually looks okay but shouldn't have to.

Leather pants that actually fit

Faux leather pants are either too stiff or too shiny but these nail it. The matte finish looks expensive and they have enough stretch to actually sit comfortably. Paired with a simple sweater they look incredible.

sent cheap imitations of pictured item & never responde to return request

They sent cheap vinyl shoes instead of suede shoes pictured on their website and they were a size bigger than I ordered. I have sent 7 emails, texts and phone calls across 10 days no response. Also they are based in North Carolina not Australia as there website suggests. I give them 2 stars because they did send 2 other items that matched what I ordered & were attentive with my queries at first. Their shipment process is very slow and does not track or update.And then they respond to this Trustpilot review & tell me to send my email again (8th, 9th & 10th time) which I sent 10 hours ago & still no response.
