Review Time
As per my email to the company. Wonky miscoloured stitching. Fabric is poor, the colour and pattern is not the quality displayed on thw website. There is no labels. The sizing is all over the place.
The two items 'labelled' M - one is too big for me and the other is too small for a child.
They 'offer' a completely unreasonable solution which all involves punitive expenses.
I've already emailed you a number of times. Including today prior to submitting my review
So disappointed: 21 Mar 2026 Order No 5449 - I brought the ‘Annabelle Wildflower Drift Jumpsuit in Pink. Received it 5 April it came from China. The fabric is rubbish, feels like and looks like a shower curtain material. The website has no provision for the customer to enter their Review, which makes me wonder how they have customer reviews on site. Will be throwing this item in the bin and never buy from them again. I wish Australian companies would make their clothes here I am sure we have enough people with our diverse cultures that are excellent dressmakers/tailors. I need to update my previous review as it’s not only onerous to return, it’s impossible. They advertise a 30-day money back guarantee and this is not true. At best, they offer 15% back and any return is at your cost with a 15% restocking fee. I have had no less that 8 emails exchanged with them to be completely shut down. They’re not Australian, they’re a massive rip off. NEVER AGAIN.
I ordered on 22 March and emailed on 23 March requesting a change of size before shipping. By 28 March, despite my urgent emails over several days, I've had no response other than the automated process updates. No response to my emails and no answer to phone calls either. On 29 March, automated update shows the original order has now been picked up by carrier, so it's too late, despite the ample time since my emailed request for change of size. Not happy. Order #5747
These shoes are badly made Chinese rubbish dumped on the Australian market! They are supposed to be "orthotic" shoes, but the inner sole of the shoe is flat, no contour or arch support! The tongue of the shoe is badly made, & has to be stuffed into the shoe with difficulty!! Horrible, nasty, badly-made shoes, could have bought better at Big W or Kmart! WARNING - Buyer Beware!! They don't even deserve the "1 Star" review!! SO SORRY I BOUGHT THEM!! Just received a reply from Byseabourne about my review, & they can send as many apologetic emails as they like, it doesn't change my review, or make the shoes any less rubbishy!!SO SORRY I BOUGHT THEM!!
