Hemming required

Beautiful fabric and great fit EXCEPT they're way too long. I'm 5'7 and still needed to get them hemmed by 2 inches. The regular inseam is more like a tall. Just be prepared for a trip to the tailor.

Cheap junk - NOT orthopedic

I bought 2 pairs of sandals that were labelled "orthopedic". There is zero orthopedic value in either. They are cheap junk. My local chemist sells thongs with better foot support for half the price. These would do as much for bunions as a pair of Havianas.I checked their trust pilot score before purchasing but what I should have checked was their returns policy, this would have clued me into the kind of product I was buying. First, you must request a refund, which is a 15-day process. You then have to pay for returns (normal but not great) PLUS a $25 inspection fee, and if they disagree with you then it is not clear the refund will be honoured. The op shop is getting a couple of pairs of sandals. I trust someone else will like them more if they don't come with the bad taste I have in my mouth.

Loafers worth the investment

Yes they're pricey but these Italian leather loafers are WORTH IT. The craftsmanship is obvious - clean stitching, quality hardware, and the leather gets better with age. I've had them 6 months and they look even better now.

Quality is rubbish and ugly

I had to leave a star just to put a review but I wouldn’t even leave that if I didn’t have to. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, the swimwear I received looks nothing like the website photo; the material is cheap and nasty and ugly colours not vibrant as the photo on the website shows, They asked for photos of my my purchases to show I hadn’t worn them, that’s a joke they are too ugly to wear. I have now emailed so many times saying I want my money back they are not correct but they firstly gave me three options on return all of which were ridiculous and didn’t offer a full refund. Now they are ignoring my emails. Also I can’t leave a review on the website. The positive reviews you see on this platform would be written by them.

Buyer beware you pay a premium for rubbish

Do NOT buy from this coy. Delivery is atrocious as is the quality of their goods. I bought and paid for what I thought were orthopaedic shoes. There was nothing orthopaedic about them. They were painful and uncomfortable. The returns policy is ridiculous essentially it is buyer beware, you are paying a premium for rubbish. Liaising with them to resolve issues has been frustrating. They claim to be transparent but they do their best to avoid resolving issues. I’ve read their replies to other complaints and they state they want to resolve issues however, they are all talk and no action. The coy has another online platform, again similar complaints. They claim to be an Australian coy however the office is overseas and anyone who returns their purchase has to return it to China at their own cost in addition to having to pay a restocking fee. They avoid having to refund customers referring back to their policy despite falsely advertising products purposefully misleading consumers and claiming different. Please do NOT buy from this website buy from a reputable retailer.

Yoga pants but make it fashion

These ponte pants look like dress pants but feel like yoga pants. The stretch is incredible and they snap back after every wear. I wear them to work and nobody knows I'm basically wearing leggings. Game changer.

elsea boots - solid choice

Classic chelsea boots that look good with jeans, dresses, trousers, basically anything. The elastic panel is good quality and hasn't stretched out. The rubber sole has good grip. Can't go wrong with these.

Ankle boots for fall

These are the perfect transitional boot. Not too heavy for early fall but substantial enough for cooler weather. The side zip makes them easy to get on and off. The low heel is practical. Very happy.

Great for work from home

Looks professional on zoom calls but is actually super comfy, like wearing pajamas. The collar gives it structure so it looks put together on camera. My little secret haha. Got it in 3 colors.

Love the vintage wash

The medium wash on these has such a nice vintage feel to it, not too light not too dark. The mom jean fit is comfortable and trendy. They do stretch out a little by end of day but a wash tightens them back up.
