My experience with CA Auto Finance has been nothing short of disgraceful. I financed a car in December 2024, and within months it developed serious faults. This is simply not true. No payments have arrived, no proof has been provided, and no urgency whatsoever has been shown.This is not a minor delay, it is a blatant failure to comply with a legally binding Ombudsman decision. The level of disregard, poor communication, and lack of accountability is astonishing for a regulated financial institution.I would strongly warn anyone considering this company: if something goes wrong, you may find yourself fighting every step of the way just to receive what you are legally owed.
