I have been working alongside AppyPie for over 5 years now and whenever I reach out to someone via chat or a scheduled meeting, the individual on the other end is always helpful and very attentive. MG has been so helpful for me through the most recent process, and I am so grateful. I always share AppyPie with our clients and will continue to do so.
Great platform for building apps without coding
Appy Pie is a very solid platform, especially for people who want to create mobile apps without dealing with complex coding. The interface is user-friendly, the features are well-organized, and it allows you to build a professional-looking app in a relatively short time.
What I really appreciate is how flexible it is for business use — you can design, update, and publish your app efficiently, even if you’re not a developer. The platform keeps improving, and the overall experience feels reliable and well thought out.
Customer support is responsive, and the learning curve is reasonable compared to other no-code solutions. Overall, Appy Pie is a great choice for entrepreneurs and small businesses looking to go mobile quickly and professionally.
When I had no clue about app development, the support I received was like having a personal guide by my side. I felt so at ease that I could relax and even take photos while everything was managed for me. The guidance provided was exceptional, making the entire process seamless. Honestly, giving a perfect score of 10 out of 10 seems insufficient for the level of assistance I received.
I signed up for a fully managed service plan on January 15, 2025, paying $2,700 for professional app development. What followed was nearly six months filled with delays, unfulfilled promises, inadequate communication, and unauthorized charges, all while I received no functional app. In the first month, my assigned project manager failed to show any significant progress. By early February, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the sales team about the lack of updates and missed meetings. By March, the project was so behind schedule that I requested tutorials to complete the work myself. Instead of delivering the promised app, I was charged a second time on March 8 ($300), a third time on April 29 ($300), and a fourth time on May 27 ($300)—totaling over $3,600 in charges without any deliverables. Throughout this ordeal, the project manager and other representatives frequently assured me that the project would be completed "within 15 days," yet each time over a month passed with no results. When I raised concerns about the unauthorized charges, the project manager promised a full refund on several occasions, claiming the billing was "fixed" and updates were forthcoming. None of these promises materialized. An email to pause my payments was also promised but never sent. By late March, I communicated that I had invested around $3,000 with nothing to show for it. By May, they promised completion by the first week of June, but the second week arrived with no working app. Communication became so challenging that I documented how difficult it was to get a response. Despite my ongoing efforts to resolve this directly, the same pattern persisted: empty promises, no progress, no refund, and unauthorized billing. As of my last recorded interaction in mid-June 2025, I still had not received a functional app, had been charged over $3,600, and had not received the promised refund. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to thoroughly research their reputation. Based on my experience, this company has a troubling history of accepting payments without delivering promised services, making unkept commitments, and refusing refunds despite acknowledging their failures.

I have been with them since 2017, and it started off well with updates carried out as per our agreement included in the subscription. Suddenly, they demanded £1,000 for an app update! We paid half but soon realized they had breached the terms of the agreement. They seem to only care about money, so avoid them at all costs. Starting this year, they demand extra payment if you want your app to be compliant—otherwise, you can manage it yourself. That's exactly what they said: "Unfortunately, that is the only option to pay if you want us to assist you." According to their terms and conditions, there shouldn’t be any extra fees for updates. It’s clearly stated that the subscription includes all necessary updates, but it seems no one cares anymore.
