Very bad service. I booked a cake for my husband birthday and it was not delivered on time, infact they take full payment and inform you that there is no staff available. I have full WhatsApp conversation. Totally disaster. Never ever boo your anything for your special occasion it will be completely ruined.
on my wife's Birthday 25/10/21 we have order cake and rose with vise on Cakegift. while ordering we have selected the delivery time slot 10am to 1 pm with paying 349 RS additional. we have arranged the all function based on this time slot and invite guest on 1 PM. But on same . day after 12 pm i called their executives for checking the status of my order they told me that, they can only deliver @ 6 PM. My All functions spoiled and we brought a cake from near by shop paying 2500.

I order cake and paid extra for the morning delivery but no update. Reached out to the whatsapp number and even tried calling them but no one picked or responded to the call. Even on chat, they start with "hi" and once I provide them the order number, they stop responding to the chat.This is a scam that they are running.
I ordered a cake from cakegift. in on 07/08/21 and accordingly paid the money through paytm wallet. But they failed to deliver the order and did not repond to my mail either. Moreover they did not return the money, for which I think it is a fake website and urge people not to order anything from them and also take legal steps against the site
I ordered a cake for my brothers birthday . They took the money and never delivered . I had written innumerable mails but no response from them. I would request all those who are looking to gifting a cake please look somewhere else. This is not a trustworthy organisation. Now I am looking at the reviews I can see so many people have been cheated and their special day ruined because of them. I wish the authorities would take notice and stop this organisation from cheating more people .
