I had ordered - Delicious Almond Dry Cake- 500 gms. (Order 122647) for my mom's birthday but unfortunately a Plum cake got delivered and to make it worse it had RUM in it ! my unknowing parents ate a piece of that cake. Couldn;t get hold of any response for several daysFeel cheated
If there was a way to give them negative Stars, I would definitely give it to them.We ordered a cake and a chocolate+roses bouquet for my father in laws 70th birthday and booked for it to be delivered on 15th June between 10 am and 1pm. We checked and called the cakegift team around 4pm as we have not received the cake as yet. At this time, the order status was still 'received'. I called the guy and the person who answered mentioned that there was some delay and that it will be delivered before 6pm (6pm onwards is curfew in Hyderabad). I waited until 6pm and followed up with the guy again via phone and whatsapp. The guy kept on disconnecting my calls and there was no response to my messages either. Around 10pm, I received an email from them advising me that the order was completed. I waited until my in laws woke up to check and sure enough nothing was delivered and they marked it as complete! I am asking them for a refund which I will pursue with my credit card company.The response on their behalf has been extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I will be pursuing this matter further with them individually. I urge all those reading this review with a view to place an order with them, look somewhere else if you want your special days to be made special. These guys are definitely not the right pick!
Never buy from this site.. they are thugs.They took order and payment but never delivered the product. And if you will call or mail them. They will not answer. After lot of calls messages mails.. they didn't respond me. Then I complained to consumer portal for taking strict action. Then I received my refund from them by the help of consumer portal (Jaago grahak jaago)God knows, how many people like me they cheated!
Hi All,Pls be informed that this site is a live scam of fooling people and cheating people in the day light.They are putting images of all the best possible cakes and then taking the full amount getting the wrong cake delivered.So we have ordered a Unicorn Horse cake from their site for my daughters first bday celebration in Shimla and we have been fooled in the open sunlight on our D day by delivering the wrong cake..to top of it their pathetic Customer Service and call center literally ruined our Day..Vishal Sharma who had given big big promises and assurance stopped taking our calls only after the delivery.Pls dont order from this site and beware of these kind of people.Forced to take a legal action against them.
