Please do not use this business if you can help it. The owner is a complete disgrace - unwilling to talk to his customers and even acknowledge their frustrations. They are a terrible company with no customer service. Please avoid.
A great experience!We live down a country lane and hell will probably freeze over before Openreach get here so when I saw these guys installing a fibre network down here a couple of months ago I got quite excited.I booked an install date at my convenience and they turned up exactly when they said they would and what a nice bunch of fellas!Ours wasn't the easiest of jobs - pole halfway down the lane and drop wire through the North West's equivalent of a tropical rainforest canopy! But it didn't phase them in the slightest and by lunchtime I had a super neat job, installed exactly where I wanted and more bandwidth than you can shake a stick at!Really pleased with these guys and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
From initial contact to final install, the clear and focused communication from all members of the team has been excellent. The installation followed with equal professionalism at a time and pace to suit the customers expectations and timescales.Easy to understand terms and conditions with help at hand to answer any queries I had in setting up the agreement. Run fibre have impressed me and would have no reservations in recommending their services.
