The shutters we went for were the plastic ones, and we’ve no regrets whatsoever. Very fast manufacture and delivery, within about 10 days. Excellent packaging. Three sets, for a bay window. They look double the money! Quality finish, nothing to fault.If you’re considering these then have no doubts. They are not discernible to the wood ones we fitted in another room 9 years ago. They are wood, took about 5 months to get from somewhere else in the world, very frustrating at the time. These from California Shutters, in 10 days are fantastic!! Very pleased. Thanks.
The blinds have been very good. But your delivery needs work. The driver turned up over 3 hours late and I asked him why he hadn’t texted me with a more realistic Tim and he shrugged his shoulders. I called your office to ask and they had no direct contact with the driver. Other on line companies have this sortedI missed 2 appointments and I was very frustrated. Good product. Poor service.
I really wanted the wooden shutter blinds but the delivery time on those was 3 months! As oppose to 2/3 weeks with faux wood. The colour silk white I think should have been more clear that it’s actually off white / cream looking than actually white so I was disappointed with that. I think whilst the videos online show installation it should be more detailed, there were no further instructions other than basically fit the blinds
Unfortunately the shutters were manufactured with the pivot rods fixed on the wrong side, preventing the opening of the windows. After contacting the customer services team this was quickly rectified and new shutters were manufactured and dispatched to us.
Customer service was great when calling with measuring queries. Delivery was organised for when I was available and the shutters value was unbeatable. They look absolutely stunning and have received umpteen compliments on them. Very happy customer.
