We have just ordered California shutters for our new home , we had them before in our old home and loved them so much from the ease of measuring to the ease of fitting them yourself, I don’t understand why people pay so much more for someone else to do it ,the quality and choice of design is second to none ,we had ours about 9 years ago before shutters became so popular and people would tell me how lovely they looked they certainly have kerb appeal ,in fact they were a selling point in our old house our home buyer loved them ,I’m really looking forward to receiving our new ones they are a perfect addition to any home so get measuring you won’t regret it
I contacted California Shutters as on opening the packaging I discovered that the 2 hinge pins required were missing, I actually ordered the shutter a couple of years ago but have only just got around to installing it (!) but despite this Stephanie responded very promptly and posted 2 replacement hinge pins to me at no charge.I regard this as exceptional customer service and would highly recommend this company.
Having purchased some shutters from California Shutters 4 years ago I was pleased with the quality and service then it was second to none.I recently had a problem with one of the panels (my fault) and having contacted the Support team I received a prompt and helpful reply from Stephanie who has arranged for a new panel to be sent.These shutters are 4 years old and still look amazing.I cannot recommend this company highly enough, great product and great aftercare service.Thank you California Shutters especially Stephanie.
I did not find your website intuitive to navigate. Our order was for a bay window so sought advise from the team. Email responses were prompt, however, we did have some incorrect guidance re the configurations of the middle window available to us. Since resolved - team advised 3 but our measurements were too wide and the website defaulted us to 4. There does seem to be a 'bug' in that selection of large frame does not show when ordering. Reassured by the team via email that this was showing correctly at their end. Also comes through correctly in the order confirmation - just unsettling that you can't see it when ordering. Support team helpful and prompt in responding. Website not intuitive but we love the product having shopped with you before.
