Shipping Delays Are Unacceptable

Today is the 19th, and we placed our order on the 11th. The shipping experience with the postal service has been extremely frustrating. Our products are still not here, and it's unbelievable that they traveled from California to Indiana, then to Lansing, MI, and finally to Detroit, MI, before ending up in Howell, MI. This is completely ridiculous, and now the package is just sitting there. It would be much better if different shipping options were offered at the time of ordering, such as UPS or FedEx, as the postal service has proven to be unreliable!

Sizing is off

Sizing is off. Doesn't fit. I emailed and haven't heard how to return. Heard back from the company and they are willing to make it right. Raising my rating but not all the way to 6 due to time it took to respond.
