High marks for the meditation sessions with Tamara Levitt and the Sleep Stories. Low marks for the lack of any information or explanation regarding the EMDR/binaural beats audio—how it works, how to use it.

Very low marks for ease of navigating the app/site—and I can’t find ANY instructions for app/site navigation/use!

Very low marks for the almost non-existent customer service for addressing billing issues/questions and content questions.

This may be irony at its finest. The app is supposed to provide calm yet their total lack of customer service can send your stress levels into orbit. They over charge you and you can’t get anyone to respond for weeks. I’m over them. Find another company.

Avoid This Service - Charged During Free Trial

I was charged £50 during the 7-day free trial. After using the app for 3 days, I wanted to cancel due to repetitive content. I tried to cancel through Apple but was charged for the year. It's been 4 weeks without a reply or refund after I emailed my complaint.
