Well if a big company like this cant afford to employ customer support, I will have to switch provider now. AI is not the way forward TRUST ME. The amount you might be saving on having an AI taking over your Job, the amount you will be loosing existing customers with bad word of mouth with unresolved issues. Thanks for NOTHING. It wont be money you will be getting from now on

Honestly one of the worst Wi-Fi experiences I’ve had. Constant drops, slow speeds even when nothing is connected, and zero consistency. Paying premium prices for service that feels outdated. Customer support doesn’t solve the root issue, just temporary fixes. Very disappointing.”

Review after two years of using home Internet service

This review reflects my experience after two years with the home Internet service, including a change of address and subscription. The initial speed setup is impressive, but the customer service regarding subscription cancellations, even for expired ones, is quite poor. It's unfortunate since the product itself is solid, and addressing the customer service issue should be straightforward.

Frustrating Experience at the Airport

I arrived at the airport in Abu Dhabi hoping to obtain the advertised free e-sim for tourists, valid for 24 hours. Unfortunately, it was nearly impossible to get it. I tried various methods, both online and in-person, multiple times, using different devices, but nothing worked. I genuinely believe it’s more of a scam than a legitimate offer. Additionally, the staff at the airport counter were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the quality of their service.

Unsatisfactory experience with the service agent!

I had a disappointing experience with a representative at the outlet. I was promised 2GB per day, but received no information on daily usage. My data was consumed quickly without any alerts. When I asked for clarification, the agent was dismissive and unhelpful. This has left me very dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend this service. I will not be using it again or suggesting it to others.

Incidente con un repartidor poco profesional

Deseamos informar sobre una experiencia muy poco profesional con uno de los repartidores. Al recibir una tarjeta SIM, pedimos que esperara brevemente debido a un problema relacionado con el EID. Se negó a esperar y respondió de manera agresiva. Su comportamiento fue grosero y no cumplió con los estándares básicos de servicio al cliente. Esta conducta es inaceptable y solicitamos que se tome en serio este asunto y se investigue adecuadamente.

Experiencia terrible con el servicio de internet

Después de un mes de suscripción al servicio de internet, decidí cancelar mi cuenta y pagué con gusto AED 1,900. Considero que son el peor proveedor de servicios, incluso peores que ISPs de países en desarrollo. Es casi imposible comunicarse con un agente de soporte, nunca devuelven las llamadas y no responden a las quejas. Cuando pedí la cancelación, me dijeron que me llamarían, pero no lo hicieron. Me frustré y cancelé mi suscripción. No los recomendaría en absoluto.

Cargos ilegales tras la expiración del contrato

El contrato ya había expirado. Durante una llamada con un representante, pedí cancelar el contrato para evitar cargos. Me informaron que la conexión había sido cancelada, pero dos meses después recibí una factura. Al pedir nuevamente la cancelación, me dijeron que debía pagar el mes restante, a pesar de ser solo el 4 de diciembre. ¡Tuve que pagar el monto completo de diciembre!
