If you require strictly residential IPs, I suggest verifying ASN/IP ranges and testing a smaller plan before making a commitment. An honest assessment here: Customer Support experience: 2/10 Product Experience: 1/10 Fairness: 1/10 Besides the complexity of the product, the customer support was not willing to invest the time and effort needed to assist me in using the product. This led to issues when I asked for a refund, which was denied, although the product remained 100% available (not used). Overall, a bad experience, and I do not recommend obtaining proxies from this service.
I had the worst experience ever. I bought a proxy and soon realized they don’t provide a proxy list. You must use their application. I requested either a list of the proxies I paid for or a refund. After arguing with them, they refused to refund my money, claiming they don’t offer refunds. This occurred just five minutes after my purchase. I hadn’t even used the service. My money is gone. So be aware - no refunds! You're making a blind purchase with no guarantee it will meet your needs.
I bought proxies from them, and none of them worked. When I contacted support, I was redirected to another representative, and then all my money was lost. BE CAREFUL, almost all their reviews seem fake. Pay attention to the negative ones. I don’t want anyone to be scammed. Look elsewhere for your proxies!
I deposited 20 USDT into my account but was a few cents short, so the payment could not be completed. I contacted the payment gateway, and they advised me to have the vendor reach out to reactivate the invoice for the remaining amount. However, the vendor stated that they couldn’t contact the payment service for reasons unknown to me. Now, the payment service is asking for more than half of the money to release my funds back to me. Strange but true.
