Was charged high price for expedited shipping didn’t receive the package for weeks and never received a refund on shipping. I want to order more pieces but because of their policy to not refund shipping when they get refunded by the carrier I won’t be continuing business with this company. It’s fraud to charge for shipping that they have been refunded for
I’m a loyal customer who shop at AKIRA in Menlo and Garden State, one thing I would like to say is the customer service in both stores is 10/10 they go over and beyond to assist straight from the walk in its welcoming thanks ladies (Lyric) Menlo and ( Jacky) Garden State.
I placed an order on November 29th and have yet to receive it. Getting any answers has been incredibly challenging. There's no phone number to reach anyone, and the chat support is terrible. I inquired about the timing and if my order would be redirected, but the chat abruptly disconnected, claiming I left the conversation. This has been the worst delivery experience I've ever encountered, and I will not be using this service again.
I would rate this as a zero if possible. The customer service is extremely poor, and there is no live agent available to help with concerns. When I called the customer service number, it was just a recording, and trying to get a reply via email resulted in only automated responses. My order has been pending for 7 days without any shipping date or tracking information. I've invested a lot of money, but this experience has been utterly unacceptable. Be cautious when ordering from them. My first order was left unfulfilled for over a week before being canceled. I gave them another chance and placed another order, but now there's yet another issue. Goodbye, and hello to a more reliable option.
I've been a customer of shopper for years years I could think back 2016 maybe moving forward I had recently stopped dealing with them because the product wouldn't be the proper size or poorly made. But now I'm ecstatic everything fits I ordered something large extra large maybe I should have ordered medium large because everything is beautiful and is exactly how it's viewed. One other thing is not hard to find the outfits instead of saying this is the jacket that you have to find the bottom part everything is together so it's convenient thanks a lot I really appreciate it you won me over!!
