Review Time
I strongly advise against using this service. I mistakenly thought it was the official Canadian site due to the Canadian flag displayed. I was charged 87 euros and was informed that the service would take one to two days. I canceled within 15 minutes after realizing my mistake and finding the official site. I received an estimated time of arrival almost immediately, even though I had already purchased from the official site for just 7 dollars. When I inquired about a refund, I was told that I received the service I paid for, so no refund was possible. This site ranks highly on Google with the Canadian flag, making it seem legitimate. AVOID.
This service is a scam. I regret using them to obtain my eTA, as I was charged 1,400 MXN instead of the standard CAD 7 fee, which is about 100 MXN. They also requested my visa information. I have already asked them to cancel and refund my payment, as there is no valid reason for this excessive charge.
This site is fraudulent. I mistakenly processed my eTA through them and was charged 1,400 MXN instead of the standard CAD 7 fee, which is around 100 MXN. They also requested my visa information. I've already asked them to cancel and issue a refund, as there is no reason for this extra charge in their services.
WARNING: Misleading Pricing and Hidden Charges - STAY AWAY! Disputed Amount: USD $100.00. This service operates a misleading website that imitates an official government portal (for the Digital Arrival Card). My Experience: I was filling out my travel form, anticipating to pay the minimal official fee (which is free or about $35). Instead, this third-party site hit me with a shocking and unclear $100.00 USD processing fee—an obvious case of overcharging and misrepresentation. The website's design and wording are intentionally confusing, tricking users into thinking they are paying the official fee, while they are actually paying an unnecessary premium for a service that can be done officially for nearly nothing. The Aftermath: When I requested a full refund, they only issued a partial one, keeping the inflated service fee. This is a typical tactic to prevent full chargebacks. If you need a travel document, go directly to the official government site. This service is a prime example of online deception aimed at extracting excessive money through hidden charges. Avoid wasting $100 and a lot of frustration. Please report this website using the spam report function.
Unfortunately, this site is misleading and is a scam. I wrongly ordered the ETA through them and was charged USD89 instead of the Regular CAD 7 fee. I'm trying to cancel and get a refund, as there is no justification for this extra charge. Update: refund received.
Fraudulent site, it advertised $35 but took $124 from my account! I'm unsure if my ETA is even valid now! FRAUD. They did respond here asking me to reach out to resolve this... Of course, I've contacted them multiple times via phone and email with no reply.
