Ordered the bracelet on 31 January in time for valentine's day but it still hasn't arrived and it's now the 16 February. I have emailed three times and had no response at all. I have tried to track the order but the link to track is broken and the webpage says it's is not found with a 404 error. I typed the tracking number into the royal mail website and it says there is no tracking information available as it cannot locate the package. No one returns your emails, no one responds on the webchat function. I don't seem to be able to get my money... Save yourself the bother, the money and the time and don't order from here!!

Disappointing Experience with My Order

I ordered a pink rose along with an 18k gold plated necklace as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, even opting for expedited delivery. Finally, on January 5th, I received the rose. We opened it in the car, and to my dismay, the necklace was missing. This completely spoiled my Christmas surprise for her. I reached out to the support team, but only received an automated reply indicating that the support line isn’t monitored and I may not get a response. This service is extremely disappointing and unreliable. I will never purchase from them again and strongly recommend others to think twice before ordering, as they will likely let you down and ruin any special moments you wish to create.

Awful experience. Stay away!

As many others have mentioned, this company is a scam. My order never arrived, and they ignored all my emails. I had to go through my bank to get a refund. Avoid at all costs. Anyone giving this company a higher rating is likely a bot or a fake account.
