What do you buy the guy who has everything? A naughty candle. These candles smell divine but, more than that, they crack us up every time we look at them. There's something for everyone, sweet, naughty, playful, fun! And they're great quality and they ship fast too! Five stars from me.
It feels like the company takes advantage of customers who expect larger candles based on the website's representation. They are much smaller than anticipated. Upon receiving mine, I was shocked at how miniature they are; it felt like a joke. I was embarrassed to present it as a gift.
My order was delayed, but when I reached out to the support team, they responded promptly. The initial shipment was lost through no fault of theirs, and they quickly sent out a replacement. Fantastic customer service! Plus, the candle has a wonderful fragrance!
I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order just a few days after placing it. The packaging was excellent, and I really enjoyed the candles. I opted for the Mystery Scent, which was lovely, but I wished I had selected my own fragrances. I reached out via email to see if I could exchange the candles for different scents and received a prompt response confirming that it was absolutely no issue. They even provided a return shipping label. After returning the initial order, I placed a new one. I was so impressed with the candle quality and the customer service that I increased my order to six candles this time. Don’t hesitate to purchase from this service! You won’t regret it! Just to note, I rarely write reviews, but this service truly deserves one!
Just got my order today and the candle smells great! A few things that really stood out to me. 1) the shipping was very fast! 2) there was a issue with my order and I got charged twice. Fast response and they took care of the problem to my satisfaction. 3) the candle smells great!Will definitely be a returning customer!
I want to deeply apologize the email containing the tracking number must go to a different part of my email and I did not saw it. Now I know my order is being delay by USPS and it is not Candle Guy fault, once I got my order I can leave a review about it.
