I think I am talking to a robot. I received the item and it does not work and does not even turn on. I wrote and I kept getting the same messages over and over again. I sent them their darn video and that is not enough. This company is very frustrating and I have never experienced such customer service like that. And now, probably they won't even pay for a return and I cannot actually go to the post office without transportation.
A quality product that has helped my wife manage her foot pain. She works at the hospital for 12 hour shifts. On her feet moving around all night long. The relief she looks for at the end of the day has now become so easy for her, just slip her foot massagers on and rest on couch for 20 minutes, and all her for fatigue melts away. She is a lot happier now, thanks for that!!
I bought two, one for each foot, for my partner who suffers with diabetes, she absolutely loves them, found them to be very comfortable, with a great relaxing feeling, having them on the highest level of heat, gives out a nice and warm feeling.
Great value for money, comes with clear instructions on how to use.
Would highly recommend, Great value for money.

I havent got my massager yet, but hoping it will be all I want. but one complaint, I thought item was NZ dollars and found out when I looked at my bank a/c it was US$. I wish it was information at purchase.
I am my 90 year old husband's care giver and always looking for ways to help him. When I saw an ad for your Foot Massagers I immediately ordered them to help improve his circulation. However, when they arrived and I read the product information, I discovered that a person with heart disease should not use them. So I asked for a refund. Jane and Wilma, in customer service, quickly, graciously and very professionally helped me get a full refund. I am very impressed and totally satisfied with EMSenc. Thank you!
These things are great for my sore ankle, but they stop working in just two weeks time, I order two of them stated using the first one after less that 10 days it no longer takes the charge, I got the second one out worked for 7 days, now it also will not take a charge, I wish they would keep working because my ankle does feel better while using it, I use no heat just massage but I can not offord buy these every week or two, too bad work great for 10 days then throw it away
Accidentally ordered 2 pairs but only needed 1 pair. Contacted them and they refunded 1 pair right away and kept me informed. Also pricing is resonable for this type of product. Great customer service experience.
I really like this item. It helps my swelling go down and helps my feet to feel better. I use them just about every night. My only problem is that now (after so much use) the straps that attach like velcro are starting to NOT stay together and they keep coming undone and don't seem to stick together now. I hope you can help me figure out how to make them stick better again.
I'm a diabetic and have lost a lot of feelings in my feet and legs from nerve damage. After using this product for a couple of hours I could already notice the difference. Now its something I really look forward to when I come home from work. I don't expect to get all my feelings back but everything it does is a bonus. Amazing product.
