The device was ineffective for my dog. I requested a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee and was initially told to wait the full 30 days, then I had to fill out a questionnaire. After that, the responses were slow. When I asked for return instructions, that was delayed too. I returned two devices via Express Post on December 29, 2025, and am still waiting for my refund. It's now January 13, 2025. After several follow-ups, I was informed they needed to 'confirm' the return, which further delayed the process. Communication has been very slow, and the refund process feels unnecessarily lengthy. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
I've been using this for a couple of weeks, and the improvement is significant. I don’t leave it on constantly, and when I’m home, I give my dogs a verbal cue if I think they might bark, and it’s working! Today, I forgot to turn it on when I went out. I asked my neighbors if my dogs behaved, and they did! No barking 🙌 A great training tool for sure.

I had experimented with several devices without success. The first time I activated this device, my dog stopped barking, though the smaller dog did not respond. I discovered that placing the device facing a solid fence made it effective for her as well. It works so well that I only need to mention turning it on for silence. I use it when we go out and the dogs are outside. The battery life is impressive and recharging via USB is straightforward. Now our neighbors are pleased.
