RIPOFF COMPANYI

I received an order and all items were too small. I tried to return and was told in emails to just pay another $27 for shipping and they would send the items in the new size. I did not have to return the items I first received. I did this, have been waiting two months and have never received the product or any response on email inquiries. They ripped me off for another $27. The product is not that great either! Do not do business with this company!

Dress is as beautiful in reality

Dress is as beautiful in reality as it looks in the advert. Arrived within a week of ordering. Very pleased with fit. I am 5ft 1 1/2" tall and uk size 12. I ordered a M. Perfect fit. Length to my feet but with pair of sandals perfect

Horrible return policy

I was very pleased with three dresses I purchased directly from Capatee. They were nicely made and I liked the flow of the material. I ordered two more dresses in the same size. Unfortunately neither fit. They were too small. When I tried to return them, I was told that I’d have to pay to send them to Dubai or accept $20.00. I said no to both and was then offered $40.00 USD which I accepted. I will never purchase another item from Capatee because its return policy is terrible.

Their clothes are as advertised

I ordered three blouses and when I received them, I loved them. I have gotten lots of compliments on them and everyone wants to know where I got them. There are a lot of companies out there advertising their goods but Capatee really delivers what they advertise.
