This company will not take returns and they don't make that clear. 2 of the items that I bought were of poor quality and too small. I email many times for a return code and they would not sent me one.

I ordered 2 dresses. One of them fit perfectly, the other not so much. I requested a return voucher. In response I got a message asking if there was anything they could do. I told them that the dress didn't work for a larger chested person. I want to return it.customer service help me

Return Policy is Substandard

Your return policy needs to be improved. Settling for an amount that is less than you paid. Plus no actual return of the product...tells me things are sketchy with this. I will say the products are good quality though, but for the price and the inability to return and get 100% of your money back is not acceptable.

Stay away from this company

If I could give negative stars i would. I ordered 3 swimsuits. It took 60 days for them to arrive. When they did finally arrive they were entirely too small. I'm 5'7" 125 lbs & size M wouldn't have fit an average 15yo. I tried to return them for a refund, even agreeing to pay shipping. N9t good enough for them. After arguing for hours & took a refund of 1/2 of what I paid. Wish I had done better research before making a purchase. My bad.

STRAIGHT UP SCAM!!

The company says the products are made and shipped from South Carolina. UNTRUE! came straight from China! Literally impossible to get a customer service number, says easy return UNTRUE! Fabric was horrible, sizing was terrible. Such a SCAM!!!!

I would give it no stars if I could

I would give it no stars if I could, because they won't let me return them unless I pay to have them shipped to Dubai! "Made and shipped in the USA" is a lie.I ordered 2 dresses that are like paper. One of the prints looks like a blurry photograph, nothing at all like the pictures on the website. I cannot wear them because you can see through them they are so thin. Do not order from this company. It is extremely poor quality and you cannot return and get a full refund like the website claims.
