Review Time
Because I haven't ordered from your company before I was a little concerned about how long it took my item to arrive, but once it was here I was extremely happy and my faith restored. Shipping was a little expensive, but I'm used to FREE shipping with Amazon.
Tracking site shows order stuck in Tampa with no delivery address. I was directed to Chatbot who said they needed access code (no explanation) and apartment # (I live in a home-no apt #). If I could not provide either they could not deliver. I told them to escalate- still waiting.
First time ordering from Capatee and I will be ordering again. An item was too small and after emailing Customer Service I received a speedy response with a wonderful resolution. The only thing I would like to add is do not order anything you would need for an event that may be happening soon because delivery was very slow.
Extremely disappointing experience. No communication while order was prepared and shipped. All fabric very cheap. Sizing TOTALLY off. Requested immediate return and given small credit to keep goods I cannot wear. Finally told to return to UAE, NOT the US address listed on their website. Finally told my credit card company to stop payment. I would NEVER buy from this company!!!!
I ordered 2 dresses, both the same size. One fit and was cute,the other was too small. The fabric is pretty cheap, but the price reflects that. Both were woven so no give in the fit. The problem is with communicating with the company for a return. They wanted to bargain with me on a dollar amount, beginning with $8- for a dress that cost $43. They kept coming back with a higher dollar amount in small increments. It was ridiculous. I finally agreed on $23 and not return the dress. So, I won’t buy from them again. I can’t do online ordering if I can’t return because of fit.
