No trust here. Have not received anything from Hook 360 regarding shipping of my item (a neck gaiter), and have not received any reply from their 'customer service' contact form which I submitted inquiring as to the disposition of my order. Will be contacting my cc company to get my $ back. (this was written 2 weeks after making my order.)
Honestly terrible. Tried to reach out to 360 through Instagram email and buy two phone numbers and was not able to get a hold of anybody or get a return message. Both phone numbers that I called were disconnected. just was totally a bad experience all around. Bad customer service and I canceled my order several days after the purchase. hopefully I get my money back.
I had written, that one of the shirts in the shipment was not in the package when it was delivered (package was ripped down the side), but have not had a resolution on the missing shirt yet. I have emailed back a few times without a response.
I never received my order. I can’t talk to anyone because the phone number on the website does not work. It’s been over two weeks of me trying to get an update and I have maybe received 2 emails of the 7 that I have sent for an update or even a tracking number. Even after one email said they was getting me the tracking number.
