I received an email to receive a $25 reward for placing a $50 order at Chewy. I contacted Capital One Shopping multiple times to prove that my Chewy order was for $50, although it posted as 2 smaller dollar amounts due to from where the order was shipped. I was provided 2 different Capital One Shopping emails to submit documentation, neither of which worked bc my emails kicked back each time as undelivered. They told me I would be contacted by customer service, which never happened. I will never use their extension again. Too difficult to collect their rewards.

Extremely disappointing.

Extremely disappointing. It seems to find a valid coupon only about 1% of the time. It's simply a waste of time waiting for it to process codes that clearly won't work... like SPRING30 in winter or FEB15 in December. You just end up watching a stream of coupons without finding one that actually applies.

Frustrating Experience with Untruthful Claims

I truly wish I could give a negative rating. They are dishonest about everything, and in the end, when I provided all the necessary evidence, they accused me of lying. Extremely Disappointing

Extremely disappointing. It rarely finds a coupon that actually works for you. It's just a waste of time waiting for it to process codes that clearly won’t work... for instance, SPRING30 in winter or FEB15 in December. Just watch the coupons come through for a minute and never see one that works.

Browser Extension Bonus Disappointment

I met all the criteria to qualify for a $40 bonus for installing the browser extension. I did not receive any notification or confirmation that my process was successful. After completing my first eligible purchase, I checked my account and found no evidence of any activity. When I reached out to the support team for assistance, I only received ineffective automated replies and was told phone support was unavailable. Additionally, I activated a 4% cashback offer but only received 1%. The promotion is not worth it; I suggest avoiding it.

Repeated Issues Not Resolved

I have contacted them twice to resolve an issue. They keep passing me to different representatives, and nothing gets fixed. This service feels like a scam.

Rewards Misleading

Great for searching for deals, but the rewards are only for gift cards from retailers I don’t shop with. I earned rewards through major retailers, but there are no gift cards available for them. The cashback rewards are not as they claim.

No Resolution to Hacked Account

Just an update on my previous issue (posted in August - account hacked, $373 in gift cards stolen) - after numerous emails and filing a complaint with my state's attorney general, nothing has been resolved. They aren’t even responding to the attorney general's inquiries. I advise against doing business with this company!

Poor Application Experience

This app is terrible. You never receive your rewards, no matter how closely you follow the terms. Customer service is nonexistent; I received the same generic response repeatedly with no help, just told to wait longer. It’s not worth the hassle. Consider using a different rewards app.
