Avoid this company at all costs.I made an order well before Xmas, it is now May and I still have no order and no refund. I keep asking them to just refund me and all they keep saying is the shipment is in transit or the shipment was returned, which is utter nonsense. Money down the drain. I truly believe they never intended to send my order but just to keep my money. Scammers!
Ordered 3 bracelets for Christmas presents (2 weeks before). I contacted the customer services team who kept advising it was in transit and even gave me a link for Royal Mail tracked 48. I didn’t receive my order till a week after Christmas. When it arrived one bracelet was a duplicate, I am still waiting for my bracelet and having the same issues with delivery, with a promise of it’s on its way. If you want your product on time do not order from this company. They respond quickly and talk the talk but with no follow up. I have a friend with no Christmas gift and it’s February!
Overall experience was poor. Product took forever to arrive and customer service just say it’s in the way. Would not recommend to anyone. Ordered well in time for Valentine’s Day but came 9 days after. Avoid at all cost if you want to wait forever. I paid for fast delivery…. Did knows what slow delivery is!
If I could give zero I truly would. I ordered for Christmas and as of 28th of January I still don’t have my gifts for my family. After losing our mum I brought my sibling a gift to feel close to her. They wouldn’t know what this feels like as they never fulfilled the order or showed any respect. I’ve had to chase Royal Mail who apparently lost the first order. I wasn’t offered a refund just reissued a month later. Absolutely disgusting. Highly avoid. Don’t get sucked into the sentimental side like I did. Many other company’s who will fulfil and show you respect and decency.
I found this company really helpful when I needed to track my purchase. It arrived on time in a beautiful box and was just as I expected it to be.My friend loved it and I thought it was a really sweet gift. I would buy from here again.
