I do not own a Caple product. I am writing this review to let everyone know that this company has great customer service. First of all, if you email them, someone will respond. I had a conversation with Olivia Howse, and although she was not able to help me because it turned out the sink in question was not actually a Caple product, she went above and beyond in her attempts to help. These days, that is very impressive. Rest assured that you will be in good hands if you chooses to work with this company!
Absolutely in love with the Sense Premium range and all its features! Wanted an oven for serious cooks and this hands down beats tech on anything on the market. With the largest temperature range on the domestic market it is great for Stone baked pizzas and I love the meat probe and Smart functions. As a Kitchen designer this is not just my go to cooking system I recommend to all my clients but the one I use myself!

Had a fantastic experience at the Caple showroom in Avonmouth. The space is beautifully designed with a great range of stylish, high-quality kitchens, and the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful - no hard sell.
Plus, the lovely chocolate orange brownies on offer with a beautiful hot coffee made the visit even more enjoyable.

I can't recommend the company highly enough! I unfortunately hired a subpar kitchen fitter who installed our sink incorrectly, leading to cracks over time. I only discovered the issue 2.5 years later as the cracks were minor and developed slowly. The fitter was unhelpful, so I reached out to the company, and they were amazing! Emily provided fantastic assistance and arranged for a free replacement, even though it wasn't their fault. We decided on a different model, and they offered a great discount while ensuring it would fit perfectly. Thank you to everyone at the company!
