I cannot recommend Capricorn Financial enough – my situation was tricky at best with selling my current property in order to secure funds and buy a new-build with a constantly changing completion date. Thomas Aydeon and Alexandra Agafitei clearly explained the different options available to me and worked through calculations for a couple of different scenarios due to my situation. Tom and Alex were very quick at coming back to me and answering any queries, they also assisted in my communication with my solicitor when things were a little complicated.
