It is a relatively useful tool, but it is rather confusing. I am mainly disappointed in the auto apply service. I’ve checked the applications that have been autofilled in afterwards and there were plenty of missing information which could have been easily accessed by contacting me, as the agent has contacted me to wright a personal statement and other details, however, my education details were incorrect. Additionally, I’ve noticed that my CV is being sent to recruiters all over the UK even though I live in London and not planning to relocate. The service is not personalised and mainly focused on volume, and, unfortunately, not quality
