They make you jump through hoops to cancel your subscription, and are incredibly misleading in locking anything you create behind a paywall. My trial moved into the monthly subscription with no email reminder, and I was billed £19.95.I immediately contacted their support team on day 1 of the renewal, told them I had not used or accessed the product in over a week, and wanted a refund for the full month ahead. I was polite and they could clearly see I hadn’t used the product.As other reviewers have stated, their support team is awful, unforgiving and unhelpful. They just point you at the small print and make no acknowledgement that their cancellation and refund policy is awful.Have a good look at the 5* reviews, they are incredibly vague and clearly paid or written by some AI tool.Don’t use this company.
