They are big scammers, do not subscribe to the 7-day subscription, they will charge you $36 at the end without warning you. The renewal is done without your consent and "apologizes" because after the 7 days they cannot make a refund. To flee completely and to report en masse because all their positive opinions are bought so that the negative opinions do not stand out.Do not rely on their comment just below, it was clearly not indicated when I paid for the 7-day subscription and you can also see it in the other negative reviews. It's also not written in their email, which only tells you welcome, I just checked ! To flee absolutely!

Scam! Do not sign up for resume.io or Career.io. I upgrade my to premium membership, and while it took my money I had no access to premium, so I thought there must’ve been an error. I tried again and still no access to premium member. I checked my bank account and saw both charges. Not pending holds, I know the different. Charges! I tried to contact through the email provided on the site and the email was returned stating it doesn’t exists. Surely I must’ve somehow typed it wrong right? Nope. Double and triple checked , sending it again and again only to have the email returned to me. With my money gone twice and no way to contact them, I disputed of course and will never use the site again.

Resume.io has a separate page on Trustpilot with good ratings, but once you subscribe to the service, you may be redirected to Carrer.io (was my case). The customer service that I dealt with was of Career.io, although I signed up via Resume.io. The actual CV builder interface and logistics are good, however, attitude to the customers is very poor. I paid for 7 days trial (wasn't free!), which I then could not cancelled and was charged £20 the next day. I provided printscreens to the CS that indicated that I wasn't able to cancel the trial, but was repeatedly ignored. Customer service kept sending me automated emails and refused to refund me, although I contacted them within 30 mins after transaction. This makes me think that the website is purposefully designed for fraudulent charges
