Terrible

Terrible, I only accepted to pay the £3.95 for the resume (which at first seemed like it was free only to ask for payment at the last minute) only for me to notice a transaction on my card for £24.54, with absolutely no receipt for either of these things, and when I brought it up with customer service they seemed to not get what I was saying and said I wasn't even eligible for the '7 day money back guarantee' which is ridiculous since I cancelled the next day. They never replied to me after that even after I emailed them multiple times and I will be disputing this with my bank

I tried to contact costumer service through mail because I was dissatisfied with the product. Absolutely no reaction and unrechable. Very dissappointing

SLOW RESPONSE, AUTO CHARGE

Cancelled my free trial but somehow still got charged USD 29.99 afterwards. Complained to the help desk but still no reply after a day. Please refund immediately!!
