Career.io is misleading as:1. When I subscribed for 7 days and cancelled within the 7 day timeframe, they(a) not only make it difficult to find the unsubscribe button on their website, but also(b) did not rectify their technical error of not registering my cancellation of the subscription.I was charged for 2 months and unfortunately as I had cancelled my subscription, I had not checked my bank account so did not realise they were still charging me. When I sent them emails to explain what happened and that I had indeed cancelled the subscription within the 7 day period, they refused to accept any responsibility for their technological error.While they did offer to pause my account for the month they just had took my money for, they said they could only allow me to unpause it once. Incredibly misleading and deceptive practice by Career.io. Not good value for money either as they don't allow you to even view or download the resumes you created after your premium is finished. Downloading via Word also changes the formatting so it's not a useful tool at all. Please be wary when using their trial services.EDIT: Since posting this review and emailing the below email address per Career.io's reply, they had the audacity to automatically activate my premium without me asking to reactivate it. Career.io's customer service is very poor and they seem to refuse to actually read what their customer is saying. It seems like they have template responses and they don't actually consider the situation presented infront of them. Severely disappointing customer service. Please be wary before using their service.
