I had a issue with my wig. The 180 density was very thin and the wig cap was very small. I reached out to customer service via email. I was able to change to 250 density and request to a larger wig cap for a small additional fee. The customer service team was very helpful, response to my question was fairly quick and was able to receive a perfect wig.

No one would answer my email when I reached out using the email address and the phone number is saying out of service. I placed my order on 1/27/26 and received tracking information which showed that my order had been out for delivery for over two weeks, fast forward to as of today I have not received my package. This has been frustrating and feeling like a scam. I have requested a refund, and if I don’t hear from Ashimary human hair wig, I will be reporting this to my local AG’s office so no one else experience what I have experienced so far.

love how the packaging came with straight out the box you can where the wig and packaging came with so many free items and the wig is full of curls is curling lol it’s so beautiful
This is my very first wig and I definitely made the right decision choosing Ashimary! :-) I ordered it last minute on Jan 8th and it arrived on January 14, just in time for my birthday the following day on the 15th! Love the quality and the look.
At first I thought the prices with free delivery to Canada were too good to be true. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pre styled wigs. Hopefully they continue their high level production and service
I love everything about Ashimaryhair. Let’s start with the delivery very fast delivery love how quickly it came. To the packaging very sleek and beautifully packed. The hair itself was everything. Minimum shedding and it came pre plucked pre styled and ready to wear. I will be ordering again
I have ordered at least 20 + wigs in the past few years. The best customer service has been with Ashimary wigs. I have always received my wig in just a few days. The packaging is superb. They take out the guessing also. They don't bother you with 6 or 7 emails a day when you peel at their website. They don't promise you with a discount and when you try to use it. It don't apply to what they are showing you. They show models with wigs and a brief description of the different lengths. It also comes with care instructions for longer wear. All my wigs fit perfectly on my head also. I wish they will come up with a way for them to not itch so much but that could just be me. The quality of the hair last longer on silky straight hair. The curly hair sheds a little but it gives you instructions for untangling. A suggestion...when giving free gifts they should give you a special product to help you with the wigs. Like a great untangling brush to go with the curly wigs or big rollers for bouncy curls on wogs so that you don't use a lot of heat. Or a great comb for parting. That will take this brand over the top.Also a nice vip program for ppl who buys a lot of their wigs like me. With the economy the way it is it's getting harder to spend on beauty when things come up. Vip should get perks and get offer extra inches or special pricing. Birthday deals ECT. Or how about mannequin heads to purchase for nighttime take offs and styling before putting on. Or to store for after shampoo.
Customer service was very kind. My 613 blonde unit was such good quality. i toned it and washed it as soon as it arrived, and the hair was sooo soft. i got 250 density as well and the thickness is insane. im in love. will be a repeat customer for sure
