Everyone needs to avoid this company and I will tell you why. I went to go purchase in high hopes the book I had read through the terms and conditions of the service. I had never signed up for the one-on-one coaching or the health plan that they sneaky secretly put into it. This company is not US based it is based out of Lithuania. And I did not know that so be very cautious right there.. upon being charged over $130. All they did was cancel my subscription and tell me that there is no refund possible. I had told them that I desperately need to have that money back because I am traveling in the next few days to which it looks like they just blocked me from sending any emails with with a blacklist, I now have to get ready to shut down my card and launch a fraud alert this company does not act in good faith they can login to any of the one on one coaching or the app and see that I have never once opened it or used any of these services so for me to be billed is an absolute crime. I haven’t even opened the book yet, but I’m think I’m gonna go ahead and throw it in the trash that’s an $80 book I spent and then they charge me $130 on top of that for a service I didn’t use coming out to a grand total of $240 in one month. Why would I need new recipe plans and one on one coaching when I have a book? This company is absolutely disgraceful. I will be in touch with many other agencies, including Lithuania themselves to investigate this company. They changed their name from Carnimeat to carnimeal because they were getting such negative reviews there were more one star reviews than there were any positive reviews go look it up yourself and do the homework. I’m not gonna stand for this if this company really cares they need to get back to me and handle this immediately.
