My family recently dined at Fayetteville's Carrabbas and had a great experience. Our waitress, Jordan Hair, was very attentive, kept a smile, and kept our glasses filled. She was very knowledgeable about the dishes served and helped a great deal with picking out what we ate. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, it was overall a wonderful dining experience! Thanks Jordan!

A bit late - but with the same enthusiasm. Great Time at Carrabas for small birthday celebration in late August. Hats off to the entire team, but particularly to our server, McKenzie. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and clearly aware of how to make customers feel welcome and well taken care of. She went out of the way to ensure the team rallied around the birthday celebrant (who was only 5) and geared the entire experience around that event. She's an example of what an "exceptional" server brings to the dining experience. I dont say this lightly as I am also a regional for a large hotel chain, with restaurants as well, and travel frequently observing our own staff to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. McKenzie made the grade - kudos for a job well done!

My husband and I went to Carrabba's for my birthday last night. We are frequent patrons. Our meals were outstanding! He had mussels over pasta, I had Filet Bryan...so good. The best part of our meal was our bartender and server, Sammy... he was amazing and very attentive. Being in the foodservice business myself, I appreciate great food and great service and I realize how many moving parts it takes to accomplish that!
