Review Time
12/18/2024 we are the Kent's and we were celebrating our 31st anniversary. We had zero waiting to be seated even though the place looked packed. We immediately fell in love with the pleasant community feel. Our waiter a young man, I can't recall his name. He asked the occasion for our visit and my wife mentioned anniversary ( no mention of years). He said can I get you some drinks, we said sure. He said can I get you some water will you decide. We said absolutely thank you. He came back with water and we gave him our drink order and an appetizer. So a couple of minutes later our appetizer arrives and he had to apologize drinks weren't ready & said the bartender was new. So the young man said I'll go check on your drinks. Well he came back and apologized and said I'll let the owner know. In the next couple of minutes our meal arrives and our drinks. Then we take our first bite and a gentleman arrived at our table. He wanted to apologize for our drink wait and said I want to make it up to you. I am the owner and your meal is on me tonight. The only thing is I can't cover alcohol, so we said Thank you. After a few minutes the young man came and checked on us, we said the food is great thank you. So we got our bill a short time later for $28 and tipped the young man $20. The place is great, the food even better.

Be aware of their scam with the $50.00 gift card and 2 $10.00 bonus cards. The bonus cards are to be used on specific dates and you only see that after you made the purchase. And if you think that Bloomin Brands who owns the chain will reimburse you, think again!!!It is a corporate scam so do not fall for it!!!!The food quality has diminished and they also removed certain popular items such as the vegetable soup. With the gift card scam and poor quality taste of food, it certainly left me with a bitter taste in my mouth!!!!

Went to the wine and dine Antinori Wines and are waitress was Brianna. She was very attentative . If we needed bread, oil and we asked for butter she was happy to give it to us. We also asked for are bills before dessert so we can beat the crowd and she was great.

We visited Carrabas in Hunt Valley, Md. We waited for over 10 minutes to be seated. The hostess did acknowledge us but had to help a lady trying to place a to go order. Seems no one could figure out who should do that. Also, the kitchen help evidentially brought their kid to work with them as he was sitting back by the kitchen playing with his toys. Oh, and all the manager could do was sit and look at everyone, very ineffective at her job. After waiting over 10 minutes we decided to walk next door to Outback.
