Review Time
we go to caraba's maybe once a month. we have had issues with ordering online and with catering, those were fixed by managers. Last night 2/27/25 we went just for soup and bread a light meal. the waiter John, took 5 min to come and ask for drinks, then another 5 min and someone else brought us the drinks. 10 min he took our soup only order, then 10 min someone else asked if we were ready to order because we still had the menus, told them the issue and they went to get the soups... john came back with them 5 min later. half way through as we had other plans, we asked for the check and to go boxes.. john brought them and then tried to apologize for his slowness, but at that point it had been 45 min just to get a bowl of soup and a sprite. it was the most disappointing visit we have had. yes we still tipped him because he tried, but that was a huge waist of time and it was not even busy... only 4 other tables at the time and no one at the bar. definitely a disappointment. if it doesnt change the next time we go it will be our last.
