I have been living in one of the properties managed by Carter Jonas for over 2 years now. I have always found them helpful and always available and willing to help especially Maddy Perris has always been excellent and super responsive in getting my issues resolved.

Very disappointed with the total lack of communication.A charming man first came to visit us, so professional and caring. Photographs were taken and we didn't hear any more. I contacted Carter Jonas and waited 3 weeks for a reply, apparently the gentleman had left and no one had taken on our file. An apology was made, new photographs taken, our property was beautifully presented, but '0' communication or updates from Carter Jonas, we waited 3 months to see if anyone contacted us and no one has! We have asked all data to be removed and would not recommend Carter Jonas.

A big thank you to Ed and the Newbury team in arranging the sale of our cottage. Ed made sure that our buyers were regularly updated in what proved to be a challenging legal process. He also kept in regular contact with the estate agent handling our purchase.I can recommend this business as they are professional and responsive as well as being very pleasant to work with.
