I bought this Serene Mandala Blanket for myself, but now my cat won’t leave it! It’s so soft and comfy, perfect for naps. The quality is really good, and it washes well. Customer service was great, and shipping was super fast. I might need to buy another one! Overall, I am impressed with all the products I’ve bought from Casa & Beyond. I am a loyal customer.
Expensive and poor quality items. Bought a dressimg gown that was packaged poorly, for the price i expected something a little more aesthetically pleasing. Purchased a faux fur blanket that was vaccuum packed. You can just tell all items are fresh from a Chinese warehouse. Delivery window too long. Would not recommend purchasing from this website.
Tried to return a product. Colour did not suit my decor. Happy to pay for the return because it was not faulty. But need to return it to an INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS WITH INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE COSTS. Nowhere stated on website. Email correspondence stopped by them when I queried it.
Do not order from this company. Very poor quality bed throw I ordered. Got delivered from UK. Asked to return it the same day i received it due to quality and it wasn’t cheap!!!! They said no unless it was faulty and i would have to return it tracked to Asia!!!!!! There website said risk free money back but they don’t honour it!!!
Wow, these sofa covers are even better than I expected! They fit my couch perfectly and make it look brand new. The material is thick and strong but still super soft. I love that they stay in place, even with my pets jumping on them all day. It’s such an easy and affordable way to give my living room a fresh look. I’m really happy with this purchase!

Ordered two dressing gowns for $100 each. They arrived 3 weeks later and were not the quality I paid for. The dressing gowns were advertised as a sale, originally $200 each, and the quality was very low. Wish I had researched before I brought, as this site is definitely selling cheap goods from Temu or elsewhere.
Recently received my beautiful and very soft cotton blanket today, and it's perfect. Although I ordered the wrong size, the quality and fabric are so great. The delivery was quick, and it took 6 days to receive. I also really appreciate the customer service team for regularly updating me on my order. I would recommend this to my friends and family.
