Review Time
Unfortunately product was not delivered within the maximum stated time, and there was no eta update from the courier for days, so I had to go to another store in person at late notice to buy items for a child living away for a term. They emailed later to say it was out of their control as the courier they use for metro Melbourne held onto it for four days, would not accept a return. My view is that if you hire a poorly rated courier with multiple time delay complaints, it absolutely is the company’s responsibility. The products were also coming from overseas, whereas I had thought it was an Aust based store and would be quick delivery within stated timeframe. Will not use again, disappointed.
I bought two blankets for my couches. They are high quality, plush and the colors are as nice as what was pictured. You never know when you buy sight unseen if you’ll be happy but I truly was. My only complaint is delivery was slow.
