Excellent product

Excellent product, the compression bags allowed me to fix 2 very lofty king size, 1 queen size and 3 light weight doonas in a very small narrow linen cupboard. Looses 1 star for slow delivery.

Return requests ignored.

Don't expect to be able to return something that you purchased. At my first request for return instructions, they seemed eager to assist and accommodate the request. I sent a photo of the merchandise per their request, but since then, after several follow-ups from me, there has been no response from them. I'm trying to return a bath mat. I'm diabetic with overly sensitive feet, and the mat is uncomfortable for me to step on. I guess I'm stuck with it. I won't use them again.

This is definitely a shadow store

This is definitely a shadow store. I ordered silicone utensils with ‘quality’ bamboo handles. The tongs were plastic and the handles are splintery and poorly made. On contacting the business they admitted the tongs were plastic and initially offered a 20% discount. I requested a full refund as it states 14 days no questions asked refunds…however they said it’s too expensive and difficult to return the items to China! they eventually gave me a 50% refund and I kept the products which are usable…

Timely reminder to research before purchasing …

Timely reminder to research before purchasing.I purchased a rug from Casa & Beyond, thinking I was supporting an Australian business. The order has taken quite some time to arrive, so I jumped on to check the tracking. It shows that the package originated in China. Now, I'm not naive and I know many of our products come from China, but I decided to do a quick image search and have found the exact same rug available on Temu and through Amazon for a fraction of the price that Casa & Beyond are selling for.I'm sure I will still love the rug, but I wasn't in the market to support a business that just imports products and creates an excessive mark up to pop their tag on, where the quality might not hold up to the expectations.There isnt even an Australian address that this business runs out of.

The products were very cheap and over priced rubbish buyer beware !! I wasted so much money and when the products arrived the plastic was so thin I was very upset Stay away and buy local
