This order was for my neighbour because he saw my sofa cover and loved it so l ordered one for him but in the brown colour and he loves it, he said the quality is amazing and it’s just the right size for his sofa

Still waiting for delivery

Still waiting 15 days later

I ordered the goods on September 14th, today is September 29 and I still have not received the goods. The only thing it tells me is it is in transit and has been since 2 days after I ordered it. Are they walking here

Poor communication

I have not been informed of a delivery date since my order was placed. I just keep getting emails saying it was shipped. If I don’t get any more info by tomorrow then I will contact my credit card company. Also you keep sending emails referring yo me by wrong first name. Not feeling good about your company or customer service

Absolutely terrible - Buyers Beware - Dodgy Return

Absolutely terrible! Beware of what you purchase, I bought some ponchos, what was received did not match what I bought and had big text on the back "Super China", which was not in the image. To return, you have to email them the photos, they then need to decide if the return is valid. Then they have the nerve to tell me, since it is change of mind, I have to cover the cost of the return to their warehouse in ASIA! OR They offered me a 20%refund to keep all items.I paid for quality goods that turned out to be worse than Temu and Shein fast fashion!I am appalled
