The sofa covers I ordered were nice. However I purchased a new sofa and was told the measurements were the same as my old sofa, and they were except the cushion to cushion measurement was longer. So the covers were too short. I wanted to return them and when I received the refund, order the longer size. They would not refund my money or exchange because they state they will only take returns due to failed quality or their mistake. They stated this was my error, so no refund! So don’t believe the, “Risk free 14 day money back guarantee.” Read the full return policy.
Experience from ordering to receiving was great. Following shipping app kept me upto date with arrivalHowever I have only had cover for two days and the dogs are already pulling threads through and they are only little griffon so disappointed in description and reality.
I made a mistake with my order, causing a great amount of reshuffling, refunding & reorganizing by the company. They kept me up to date regularly and I have now received the items I wanted!A big thankyou to & recommendation for Casa & Beyond!
I ordered a duvet cover and the quality of the fabric was extremely sheer and cheap looking. I wrote to request a return and they said I could pay for postage to Asia to send it back but that cost as much as the Duvet cover. I would steer away from this company as quality is not up to standards.
Worst company to buy online from - slow slow slow to dispatch and slow slow slow to arrive. They do not follow up and do not send tracking number that exists (unless you want to add paypal accounts) It's been over a month and no sign of it!!
