If you want a quick delivery - forget it!

I ordered an item 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have no idea if I shall ever receive my goods. Very dissappointing. I shall not be buying from them again.

Products arrived as ordered and we were impressed with the service and product quality.

Products arrived as ordered and delivery progress was available to see throughout. We were so impressed by the quality and appearance of the first rug purchased that we immediately ordered a second rug in a different colour to place on another of our leather lounges. Very happy so far with our purchases and the service we experienced from our online orders.

Happy customer

I had read some dodgy reviews about this company but decided to take the risk. I'm very glad I did as the sofa cover I bought is perfect and good quaity. Very similar to the pic and the sizing was accurate. Delivery time was a bit lengthy but overall I'm a happy customer.

I bought a throw for my bed

I bought a throw for my bed. Paid quite a lot for it (over £70). The quality was really quite poor, I would’ve expected to pay around £20-£30. Not impressed.

Scammed

Not Casa and Beyond branded products, cheap synthetic Chinese product. I got scammed, I bought 2 summer quilts for $174 each. They would be better priced at about $$20 each. I doubt they are even soybean fibre as stated on their cheap bogus tags. This was a Temu quality item and surprise surprise the same item can be found on Temu. Company states that it is Australian, it's not. They will not give you a refund as promised but offer half of your money back and you get to keep the synthetic junk that you will never use. Don't be fooled.

Beautiful but I question the size

I totally love the look of the coverlet I bought from you; original and quirky. My only comment is that is seems small for a double bed, which is how it was described.

I love the 100% soft cotton

I love the soft, smooth 100% cotton feel of my blanket. I also like that it is reversible. The only thing is that I have seen similar cotton blankets for less and for sure, that makes it kind of more appealing. I must add, however, the other shopping places do not have the exact designs. Otherwise, I give it a 5 star for the quality.

We ordered a blanket for my father…

We ordered a blanket for my father inlaw ! Paid $90 ordered it an I wish I actually read reviews !they are a scam I sent messages where is our item after a week then they sent a photo saying its been delivered with a delivery guy holding a small package on the foot path !I have emailed them twice they have ignored my emails responding once saying it's been delivered. So frustrating we want our money back . Never buy from this company it's a scam .
