BEWARE!!! This company is corrupt. I sent a return to the address listed online for returns. The package was returned to me with the following message: "Return to Sender / Unable to forward." I double-checked that I sent my return to the correct address. I did. So, don't believe what they say about being able to return a product. Now, I'm stuck with a hairpiece that doesn't match my hair color. I can't even dye it because the band is the same incorrect color and it cannot absorb hair dye. Big bummer. Big waste of money.
I have ordered from Cashmere hair for years. They are very expensive, but had been worth it. Unfortunately they have CHANGED the clips and weight of their clip in hair extensions. They also wrap them tightly in a ball so they don’t lay flat against your head when you get them. The quality is completely in the toilet and yet they remain priced so high. When I asked them what happened, they feigned ignorance and asked ME to send THEM photos of their own product!! The new clips say cashmere hair, old ones didn’t so they know very well there was a change. And there’s no way to leave a review so don’t trust all the positive reviews, these are NOT the same extensions.
They look good until you wash them. I’ve followed the care instructions to the letter and used Cashmere Hairs products (shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner and spray). After they are washed once they might as well be thrown away. The come out dry, brittle, shine less, and tangle into a rats nest in minutes while wearing. I do not recommend Cashmere Hair extensions they are an expensive disappointment.

It feels like a shrine to one of the owners, filled with self-indulgent content and endless photos. It’s hard to navigate and find what you need. This company clearly cares more about promoting themselves than providing a good product or customer experience. Avoid at all costs.

The site is filled with self-promotional content and photos that make it hard to navigate and find the actual products. It’s off-putting and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere for quality hair extensions and a customer-friendly shopping experience.
Bought these two years or so ago and was let down immediately. Bought the seamless clip ins and boy, I was horrified on the quality. I’m an everyday clip-in hair extension girly and for the quality they claimed to offer verses the exposure on Shark Tank. I thought, why not give it a try? Maybe the price is worth it-Not. The 9 clip-ins didn’t last nearly two months. I was taken back on how quickly the ends spilt after putting low heat to them, how matted n tangled they would get after half a day of wearing them. Will I ever buy from this place again? NOPE. Save your money, order from Luxy Hair or Bellami. Even Zalas. All those brands have lasted longer and were more affordable than these.
