I’ve been eager to get some pieces for months! I finally purchased a few during the boxing day sales, but I ordered the incorrect size and returned them for an exchange. I was a little anxious since I hadn’t received an update, but the representative was extremely helpful and apologized for the delay. I received my update today. I have been purchasing from the company for several years, and the quality of the clothing has consistently been outstanding. In my latest order, however, an item was missing, and it appeared the package had been opened and resealed. I contacted the support team, and they were fantastic, quickly sending out a replacement. I would definitely recommend them.
The overjacket is of great quality and very nice. Unfortunately, it was too small, so I suggest ordering a size up. The support team was very helpful, and I returned it without any issues. Thank you for the excellent support; I look forward to ordering again!
