I was hesitant about placing an order, but after reading the reviews, I felt somewhat comfortable taking the chance. This company ships from overseas, which made me nervous. HOWEVER, my experience was fantastic. Customer service was excellent. My first order arrived quite fast. The second was a bit slower, but it is winter and close to Christmas. The onesies are adorable! My child will be so happy with her gift!
Exceptional quality onesie! The best part is that it’s just as soft inside as it is outside, which isn’t common with all brands. It also features pockets, and the front zipper conveniently opens from both the bottom and the top. I’m very pleased with my purchase. It exceeds the quality of other onesies I own. I recommend ordering well in advance, as the 3-5 day shipping took 14 days. Customer service was very helpful and refunded part of my shipping cost. Thank you!
I ordered a Halloween costume for my baby's first Halloween and paid extra for fast shipping. It has been a month, and I still have not received my item. I won’t receive it this month either. After contacting them multiple times, no changes were made.
