Worst experience ever. I asked for them to send a non foil instead of a foil card on Pokémon TCG Pocket and they keep sending me the foil ones. I talked to Candice in chat, they said that my order is going to speed up (????).
The trader sometimes requested to trade cards that I didn’t even asked for. I really don’t know if Candice is an AI or a real person.
The delivery was fast and accurate. I had a slight issue with a missing item but it was handled with a friendly attitude and quick response. They even let me keep the extra item once the difference had been sorted.
In my country, banks round up figures to the nearest whole number. They asked me to make a deposit of 29.28 Mexican pesos. The bank wouldn't accept the 30 pesos, so they automatically rounded it up to 29 Mexican pesos. I made the payment, and your team told me they would transfer it as soon as the payment came through. Maybe you didn't send me the payment because of those 28 cents. But you didn't have the decency, the kindness, or the balls to tell me you weren't going to send me anything, or at least ask me to make an additional deposit of 1 Mexican pesos so you could send me the card. Don't buy from this place. Now I hope that with those 29 pesos you stole from me, you buy yourself a condom and don't reproduce, my dear sir. Rot in hell.
Awful service
I bought a money boost on gta more than a month ago and instantly got banned because of it. After talking to the customer service, they said it wasn't their fault and that they would give me the money again once the account was unbanned. During this time, since i wanted to play the game still, I bought a modded account, and not only was it the wrong one ( it didn't have what I paid for on it) it also got instantly banned even thought i didnt even have time to play it. I contacted them on both their live chat and discord and they have been of no help whatsoever. It's now been more than a month, and I still have not received either of my orders.
The customer service is awful, the process is super long and annoying, and the overall experience has been atrocious.
DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICES
Took over three hours of waiting in menu and contacting support through discord and online to be able to receive my items correctly, support in discord is horrible and needs to be fired but the support on the website is phenomenal, will buy from them next time I just wont be going to discord for help.
The experience was excellent. After completing the payment, I promptly received my order number, followed by an email inviting me to connect via Discord, which significantly sped up the process. I would definitely consider using this service again and highly recommend it.
Brulee was incredibly helpful on live chat. My order was not processing correctly, and I was emailed to join love chat to resolve the issue. Brulee did exactly that, very quickly, and very efficiently. Highly recommended in my opinion
