Disappointing experience with the service

Regrettably, my experience with this service has been very disappointing. Their email responses are notably inadequate. I attempted to return an item, but since I was just a day late, they refused my request despite the item being unopened. This occurred during the holiday season, and given the circumstances, they should have been more flexible. Customer care is crucial during such times, so it's unfortunate that a service like this offers such a low standard of quality. As for the product, I never had the opportunity to assess it since we aimed to return it. I strongly advise knowing exactly what you want before purchasing from this service, as they make returns extremely difficult and are unlikely to respond to your emails, which is the sole method for initiating a return. Once again, this highlights their poor customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be using this service again.

Disappointing customer service and return issues

I had a very negative experience with this company. Their email responses are notably lacking. I wanted to return an item, but since I was just one day late, they refused my request, despite the item being unused. This was during the holiday season, and given the bank holidays, they should have been more accommodating. Customer care is vital during such times, making it disappointing that a company can offer such subpar service. I never got to evaluate their product as I intended to return it. I highly advise knowing exactly what you want before purchasing, as they make returns challenging and are unlikely to respond to emails, which is the only method for initiating a return. Truly a frustrating experience; I personally won’t be returning to this company.

Steer clear of this company

I ordered what I thought was a genuine hoodie at a discounted price during Black Friday. What I received was a low-quality item that wasn’t worth even a fraction of the price. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand! I plan to email them, but based on other reviews, I'm not optimistic about a refund. This feels like a scam!

I recommend staying away from this company. They took my money and have not responded to any of my emails. I haven't received anything, and I’m down £137. It's a joke!

Extremely poor customer service

The customer service I received was the worst I've ever encountered. They informed me that I couldn't return an item that was the wrong size, but they provided no explanation or details. I will never purchase from this company again. It's a complete disaster.
